A Waveguide Rotary Joint enables low loss microwave signal transmission between the stationary and rotating sections of a waveguide system while maintaining mechanical freedom of rotation. It solves signal continuity during relative rotation and keeps electrical performance stable throughout the rotation range.
We offer several configurations. The L type presents an L shaped structure for offset input and output axes. The I type uses a straight inline structure supporting three hundred and sixty degree continuous rotation without cable twisting. The U type routes signals through a compact U shaped bend. The circular waveguide Rotary joint uses a circular waveguide interface with a rotary scale for position indication. The Multi Channel Rotary Joint transmits several independent signals through one assembly, combining coaxial and waveguide channels for mixed frequency paths.
All designs use a non contact choke structure that is wear resistant and vibration tolerant, providing long service life and extended maintenance intervals.
